Made-to-order pieces
Every made-to-order piece is handcrafted specifically for you in your chosen material (925 silver, brass or gold). Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started.
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase.
Ready-to-ship pieces
Ready-to-ship items from the current collection may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges (if applicable), customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
